Chattanooga exPosure Earns Championship At Cooperstown

The Chattanooga eXPosure 12U youth baseball team capped off a magical week with a perfect 10-0 record, claiming the Cooperstown Dreams Park Championship this past Saturday night in Cooperstown, New York.

Coached by Derek Bartley, Travis Allen, and Daniel Price, the Chattanooga-based squad emerged as champions among 103 teams from across the country, showcasing unmatched teamwork, talent, and determination. In the final game, eXPosure defeated fellow Tennesseans, the Knoxville-based Tennessee Nationals, to secure the tournament title.

Championship Week Highlights:

  • eXPosure opened the week strong and never looked back, outscoring opponents with a potent combination of hitting, pitching, and defense. The team collected 49 homeruns throughout ten games.
  • The team remained undefeated at 10-0, battling through a tough tournament bracket with discipline and unity.
  • The championship game against the Tennessee Nationals was a showcase of elite youth baseball, with eXPosure rising to the occasion under pressure.
  • A final defensive stand and explosive offense sealed the deal, igniting celebrations on the field and in the stands, with players of the game named as Parker Allen (Heritage Middle) and Tucker Bartley (The McCallie School.

“This group of players has worked incredibly hard,” said Head Coach Derek Bartley. “Their dedication, both on and off the field, was instrumental in claiming this championship. To see them lay it all on the line in Cooperstown is a testament to their growth and passion for the game. This championship is a collective achievement—players, families, coaches—we all share in this moment.”

The Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament brings together top-tier 12U teams from across the U.S., making Chattanooga eXPosure’s undefeated run a rare and remarkable accomplishment.

“We’re extremely proud of what these kids accomplished,” added Coach Bartley. “This title is a culmination of months—if not years—of hard work. Their performance this week made everyone in Chattanooga proud.”
