Victoria Graham
Victoria Jean “Sunshine” Graham, 57, died on October 9, 2015.
She owned and operated a daycare center for over 15 years. She was a member of United Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her father, Theodore E. Cotton, Sr.
Survivors include her husband, William James Graham; children, Veronica D. Cotton, Serena D. Fields, Le’Shell R. Hall, James L. Hall, William C. (Jalisa) Hall, Earl C. Weaver and Deion Bumpass, mother, Barbara Jean Carter, all of Chattanooga; 10 grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 18, in the Chapel with Pastor Bill Cowan officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
The body will lie in state after noon on Saturday, Oct. 17, and the family will receive friends from 6–7 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
