Taylor Dupree
A woman has been arrested after she was caught on video kicking in her ex-boyfriend’s door, assaulting him, and stealing from him.
The victim told officers that his ex-girlfriend, Taylor Dupree, 19, had come to his apartment on the 3300 block of Pinewood Avenue and kicked in his door.
He said that she rushed inside and began punching him in the face.
He said that he was eventually able to wrestle her out of the home and attempted to shut the door on her, but couldn’t because it was broken.
While trying to hold the door closed he saw the defendant go to her car and so he let go of the door, but she again rushed inside and began fighting him. He said she also spat and threw a drink on him.
He said that finally she was able to grab $200 from a t.v. stand before fleeing. On her way out, she allegedly punched the bedroom window, shattering it. Police confirmed that the door and window were both broken and then identified the defendant on a video of the incident.
Ms. Dupree’s bond has been set at $20,000.
