Frederick Douglas, 18, was arrested on Thursday after two females stated that he sexually assaulted them in an elevator at Chattanooga State Community College on separate occasions.

The first victim said that on Tuesday the defendant grabbed her breast in the elevator and continued to do so after she told him to stop.

The second victim said that she had been in the library elevator with the defendant earlier that afternoon when he grabbed her breast and forced himself upon her.

She said he kissed her and stuck his tongue down her throat, even after she told him to stop, and did not stop until the doors opened, at which point he exited the building.

The defendant was located on campus and escorted to an office on campus. During an interview with officers, Douglas admitted to the accusations, but said that it had all been consensual.

He is facing two charges of sexual battery.
