Hamilton Place, Northgate Mall and Walnut Square Mall will open their doors at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving night to give shoppers a jumpstart on their holiday shopping
According to the International Council of Shopping Centers, Americans are starting their holiday shopping even earlier this year.
“In order to accommodate the changing consumer, we’re opening our doors early to allow shoppers the opportunity to get a jump start on their Black Friday shopping,” said Sandra Heymann, regional marketing director for the malls.
Officials said, "Shoppers looking to plan their trip can check out the mall websites as they will be loaded with all the information needed to plan a strategic shopping trip - sale information including door buster offers, mall directories with store listings, maps and more."
Department stores, restaurants and theater hours may vary.
