A strip commercial center on Signal Mountain has been sold for $2,210,000.

The sale for the property at 1207 Taft Highway was to Tkc Clxxvi Llc from Lookout Mountain Investment Co.

The center includes Domino's Pizza, the Signal Mountain Cookie Lady, and Guthrie's.
