The local Chapters of the Daughters of the American Revolution volunteered to help the American Legend Posts serve a barbecue lunch Thursday for the veterans at the VA Clinic in Brainerd.
The VA Clinic Volunteer Coordinator, Bo Cox, said about 280 lunches were served.
