HCSO Safe Journey Conducts Child Safety Seat Check Tuesday

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Safe Journey personnel will be conducting a child safety seat check on Tuesday from noon-2 p.m. at the former K-Mart location at 4801 Hwy. 58.

During this time, families may stop by the parking lot and Safe Journey personnel will help install, review, and/or check to ensure their child safety restraints are properly installed.

Safe Journey personnel host multiple checks throughout each month at various locations within Hamilton County.

The Safe Journey Program is funded by a grant from the Tennessee Governor’s Highway Safety Office.
