Depression Recovery Program Will Be Held At Collegedale Seventh-Day Adventist Church In January

The Collegedale Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 4829 College Dr. East in Collegedale will host a Depression Recovery program beginning Jan. 25, 2016.

The program will consist of a series of eight presentations Participants will learn how to:

• Identify depression and its causes;

• Improve your emotional intelligence;

• Enhance your energy levels and mood;

• Overcome depression through positive lifestyle choices;

• Eat for optimal brain function;

• Manage stress without distress;

• Live above loss;

• Defeat depression through right thinking;

• Improve brain function; and

• Achieve peak mental performance.

Participants must pre-register at one of the informational meetings, either on Jan. 3 at 4 p.m. in the Samaritan Center Community Room, 9231 Lee Highway in Ooltewah, or on Jan. 5 at 6:30 p.m. in the Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church Fellowship Hall.
