Free Energy For Life Workshop Begins Monday

Vibrant U Offers Free Fitness Program To Community

Energy for Life, a free fitness workshop presented by Vibrant U, begins Monday and continues Mondays at 6:30 p.m. for seven weeks.  

Topics will include fitness, training, energy balance, motivation, as well as field trips to the YMCA and the Hulsey Wellness Center.  Sessions are held at Standifer Gap Seventh-day Adventist School, 8255 Standifer Gap Road. 

Energy for life will be presented by Dr. Judy Sloan.  Dr. Sloan has a doctorate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has been a professor in the School of Physical Education, Health and Wellness at Southern Adventist University in Collegedale since 2001.
