Charlotte  “Charlie”  Williams  Massengale,  67,  of  LaFayette, GA,  passed  away  Saturday, March 21, 2015.

She  was  a  member  of  the  Saint  Gerard  Catholic  Church  in  Fort  Oglethorpe.

She was preceded  in  death  by  her  parents,  James  and  Jenny  Williams;  and mother-in-law,  Hazel  Peppers  Massengale.

She is survived  by her husband  of  45  years,  Eddie  Massengale;  daughter,  Christa  Robinson  both  of  LaFayette;  sisters,  Kathy  Williams  of  Las  Vegas, NV,  Karen  Williams    of  Puyallup,  WA,  Robin  (Jack)  Swenson  of  Shorewood,  MN and  Carol  Williams,  of  Plattsmouth, NE;  brother,  Ronnie  Williams  of  Brownton,  MN;  grandchildren, Savannah  (Mark)  Jackson  and  Tiffani  Robinson  all  LaFayette;  great-grandchild,  Charlie  Jackson;  and several  nieces  and  nephews.

Funeral  from  the  Wallis  Memorial  Chapel will be Monday,  March 23  at  11 a.m.  with  Father  Bill  Williams  officiating. Honorary  pallbearers  are  Donnie  Peppers,  Sid  Adams,  Ryan  Wilson,  Danny  Ridley,  Mike  Hinch  and  Sherriff  Steve  Wilson.

The  arrangements  are  by  Wallis-Wilbanks  Funeral  Home,  LaFayette.
