Local Entrepreneur Launches Mr. Handyman Franchise

  • Tuesday, March 3, 2015
Entrepreneur Brenda Boudry has opened Mr. Handyman of Chattanooga at 4295 Cromwell Road, Ste. 530. "This location is part of North America’s largest full-service home repair franchise and the number one employer of handymen nationwide," officials said.

An experienced business owner in Canada, Ms. Boudry began researching U.S. investment opportunities when she simultaneously realized that her home needed multiple repairs. In her research she recognized the need for a nearby one stop shop for home repair services and stumbled upon Mr.
Handyman’s franchise opportunity. She found the Mr. Handyman business model appealing and decided to open in Chattanooga to be closer to her family. Ms. Boudry is excited to service the local community for all of its home improvement needs.

“I am thrilled to offer Mr. Handyman’s services to my new community,” said Ms. Boudry. “I had been looking for the right investment opportunity allowing me to move closer to my family, and this opportunity with Mr. Handyman became a perfect fit for me.”

"Renovation expenditures are forecasted to total almost $60 billion annually. For millions of homeowners tending to these nagging repairs while balancing work and family has created a thriving demand for professional, safe and reliable home-repair services. This growth will also bring office and technician jobs to the area," officials said.

“The steady increase of existing home sales and prices reflect a healthy rebound in the housing market,” said Ms. Boudry. “As a result, the demand for home improvement services in the area has increased as well. Our goal is to help area residents shrink those nagging ‘to-do lists’ on the refrigerator.”

Service will be provided across parts of Hamilton and Bradley Counties from Cleveland to Chattanooga. For more information or to schedule a visit,  call 423-800-7878.
