Fred Fuller

Fred W. Fuller was born October 14, 1928 in Madison, TN.

He was a longtime businessman and State Farm insurance agent, one of the founders and the first mayor of Collegedale. He died on April 9, 2015, while on a vacation trip to Florida. 

Fred was a life-long member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Most recently, he was a member of the McDonald Road Seventh-day Adventist Church where his son, Pastor Fred R. Fuller is the senior pastor.

Fred was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 66 years, Dot Fuller; daughter, Frieda Fuller Tucker Hood; his parents, George and Myrtle Fuller; two brothers, Forrest (Norma) Fuller, and George Virley Fuller.

Fred/Dad/Poppa/Uncle Fred will be missed by his brother, Glen (Jeannine) Fuller; sister, Georgene (Keith-deceased) Meyer; sister-in-law, Sally Fuller; two sons, Fred R (Rose) Fuller; Ken (Jeannie) Fuller; grandchildren, Rebekah (Mike) Fisher; Fred R. (Renee) Fuller II; Julie (Jason) Foster; Jennifer (Beau) Honish; Kenny Fuller; Joey Tucker; Michelle (KC) Locke; Matt (Sarah) Tucker; 18 great-grandchildren: Julia and Claire Fisher;  Frederick, Lucas and Caitlyn Fuller; Nicholas Fuller; Noelle, Nevin, and Nolan Lucas; Nyah Honish; Ally, Kenny III, and Kailey Fuller; Christopher, Nathan, and Abby Locke; Kayla and Zoie Tucker; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and a host of friends.

Mr. Fuller’s memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on April 18, at the Chattanooga 1st Seventh-day Adventist Church, with Pastor Dwight Herod officiating. The family will greet friends after the service.

His family and friends look forward to Jesus soon return when Fred and Dot will be raised to greet their Lord and Saviour.
