BlueCross Has Recycling Day To Celebrate Earth Day

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is celebrating Earth Day by inviting the community to bring its recyclable items to its headquarters on Wednesday from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. 

From electronics and furniture to clothing and old personal, paper records, representatives from Goodwill Industries of Chattanooga, the Association of Records Managers and Administrators, Greater Chattanooga Area Chapter and Shred-it will all be on hand to properly dispose of most unwanted recyclables. Additionally, employees from the Cameron Hill Pharmacy and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation will be taking old, unwanted prescription drugs as part of Pill Take Back Day from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. 

Mountain View Nissan will have a Nissan Leaf to test drive and prizes will be given away. 

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is at 401 Martin Luther King Blvd.
