Carol Ann Zimmerle, 65, of Ooltewah, died on Wednesday, April 22, 2015.
A native of Nashville, she had been a resident of the Ooltewah area for the past 38 years.
She was preceded in death by a twin son and daughter, Jamie and James Zimmerle and her mother, Eunice Barnes Greer.
Survivors include her husband, James William Zimmerle; son, Charles Greer Zimmerle, Ooltewah; father Freddie Lee Greer, Ooltewah; several aunts and cousins in the Nashville area.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Associating at: diabetes.org.
A graveside service will be held at noon on Saturday, April 25, in Mount Olive Cemetery in Nashville with the Reverend Weyland Stewart officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Friday at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
