BTI’s analysis measures top-of-mind recognition of 450 law firms based on unbiased, direct feedback from 648 in-depth interviews with corporate counsel at the world’s largest organizations. During the course of in-depth, one-on-one interviews conducted between March 2013 and March 2015, BTI questioned clients as to which law firms they associate with the nine brand-related characteristics driving the selection, consideration, and hire of new law firms.
The BTI Brand Elite 2015: Client Perceptions of the Best-Branded Law Firms methodology did not present responding clients with any named law firms for the purpose of this analysis, instead drawing out unprompted, non-suggestive client responses and recommendations.
