Marilyn M. Chambers, 50, of Dalton, Georgia, died on Thursday May 14, 2015 at Hamilton Medical Center.

Marilyn was born August 11, 1964 to the late Raymond Chambers and Dollie Sexton Chambers; and was also preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Chastain; sister, Barbara Crowden; brothers and sister-in-law, Paul and Joyce Chambers and Harold Chambers; and brother-in-law, Warren Branuim.

Mrs. Marilyn M. Chambers is survived by her sisters, Janice Branium and Ethel Hickes; brothers, David and Teresa Chambers, Clifford and Carol Chambers and John and Brenda Chambers; sister-in-law, Patsy Chambers; brother-in-law, Don Crowden; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

The service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Marilyn M. Chambers, will be held Tuesday May 19, at 2 p.m. from Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Cliff Chambers officiating. Interment will follow at Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday May 18, from 5-9 p.m.

Ponders Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
