William "Billy" Blackwell, Jr., 56, of Trion, Georgia, died on Sunday, May 24, 2015 at his residence.
He is survived by his mother, Katherine Ann Touchstone, Ringgold; brothers, Randy (Shari) Blackwell, Trion, GA, Melvin Blackwell, Decatur, GA; sisters, Katherine Denise Fortune, Trion and Linda Gail Smith, Chickamauga; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Wednesday, May 27, at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Reverend Lawrence Blackwell, Reverend Jeff Howell and Reverend Keith Blackwell officiating.
Contributions may be made to the Chattanooga Tumor Clinic at Erlanger Medical Center.
