Dorothy P. Gibson, 91, of Soddy Daisy, died on Tuesday, May 26, 2015.
She was a long time member of South Daisy Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Emma Cline; husband, George H. Gibson; sons, Charles R. Gibson, Larry E. Gibson; brother, Charles Cline.
Survivors include her daughter, Helen (Dewayne) Woodall of Hixson; grandchildren, Chad (Schkira) Woodall, Richard Gibson; great-grandchildren, Bradley Woodall, Logan Woodall, Alicia Gibson; great-great-grandchild, Isabella Gibson.
The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 29, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Reverend Joe Headrick officiating. Interment will follow in Buttram Cemetery, Dayton, TN.
Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, at the funeral home.
