Holy Temple Church of God is proposing to build an adult daycare/nursing home and two apartment buildings on its two-acre property at 1103 Crutchfield St.
The daycare/nursing home would have 6,000 square feet.
There would be four units in each of the apartment buildings.
The adult daycare/nursing home parking is to be located at the rear of the building and accessed from Bliss Avenue. The parking for the apartments is to be located at the rear of the apartment buildings and accessed from Crutchfield Street.
All buildings are to be one-story in height and will front Crutchfield Street.
The site is located on the east side of Bliss Avenue between Crutchfield Street and Latta Street, approximately 1,000 feet from Amnicola Highway.
It goes before the Planning Commission next Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
