BlueCare Tennessee and TennCare Kids are sponsoring a Faith, Fitness and Family Health Fair Saturday, Aug. 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at New Horizon Baptist Church, located at 2007 E. 27th St., Chattanooga. The event will include health screenings and a fitness class.
The event is open to the public and offers a variety of health screenings including blood pressure measurement, diabetic eye exams, mammograms, and well-child check-ups. Free food and children’s activities will also be available.
