Heritage Funeral Home Has Had Over 1,500 People Sign Remembrance Book

The Room of Remembrance at Heritage Funeral Home's East Chapel will remain open to the public  Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.,   Saturday from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Officials said, "You may sign a Register Book for the 5 Fallen Hero's Family that will be presented to the family by a member of the military,  View a memorial tribute,  light a memorial candle, receive a complimentary memorial folder and flag.  You may also sign a Well Wishes Board for Officer Dennis Pedigo.  You may also view the Fallen Hero's Memorial Tribute and share condolences at www.heritagechattanooga.com.

"Since Monday we have had over 1,500 people come thru the Room of Remembrance at Heritage Funeral Home to share their thoughts and words of condolences to the Fallen Hero's Family and encouragement to Officer Pedigo.  Many who have had family members in the military and other members of the community who have expressed this as a means of having closure to this tragedy that has come to our city.
