Jason Lee Gannaway, 39, a resident of Georgetown, Tennessee, died on Friday, July 24, 2015 surrounded by his family and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny R. Gannaway and grandparents Eugene and Emma Gannaway and Bill and Sue Roe.

He is survived by one daughter, Haylee Gannaway and her mother, Shelly of Cleveland, his loving mother, Joyce Gannaway of Georgetown, one sister, Julie Gannaway, also of Georgetown, one brother, Joe Gannaway and his wife Brandi, of Cleveland, two nephews, John and Coby Gannaway and two nieces, Jessica Underwood and Makayla Gannaway, special aunt and uncle, Wayne and Brenda Burton and several additional aunts, uncles and cousins. 

A celebration of his life is planned for Monday night, July 27, at 7 p.m. at the Living Waters Church located at 289 Hannah Dr. in Cleveland, with the Reverend Anthony Traylor officiating. 

The family will receive friends at the church from 5-7 p.m.
