Richard Tramale Williams, 49, of Chattanooga, died on Monday, July 27, 2015 at his residence.  

He was a 1984 graduate of Brainerd High School.  He was a proud and dedicated employee of the City of Chattanooga Public Works Department.  He was a member of Greater Faith Temple Missionary Baptist Church. 

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Deanna Williams; grandparents, Thomas C. and Annie B. Williams, Harold and Catherine Barnette; and mother-in-law, Mildred Geter. 

Survivors include his wife, Willia Williams; daughters, LaWanda Williams (Tramale, Sr.) Hughley, Catherine Williams, and Trinity Williams; grandsons, Taysean Hughley and Tramale Hughley, Jr.; parents, James and Patricia Williams; uncles, Grover Barnette, Clark G. Barnette, and Elbert Hinton, all of Chattanooga; aunts, Sallie Williams of Chattanooga, Bessie Williams, Edith Rice, both of Beaumont, TX, Jennie Ruth Allen, Lula (Tommy) Jones, both of Chattanooga, and Harriette (Rick) Brightwell of Athens, GA; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. 

Visitation is on Friday, July 31, from 5-7 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. 

Funeral services will be on Saturday, Aug. 1, at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel with Pastor Nathaniel Carter as the eulogist. Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
