International Business Council Has Annual Meeting Thursday With Panel

The International Business Council of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce will host the annual meeting/celebration on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the Walden Club. 

The event will include a panel with panelists: Sebastian Patta, executive vice-president of HR at Volkswagen; Dr. Erika Burk, director of HR at Wacker; Joe Fuqua, senior manager of HR at Komatsu and Tony Cates, HR manager at Gestamp.  

The panel discussion will address the subject of human capital or “What International Companies Expect from Chattanooga's Workforce?” 

The moderator will be Rob Bradham, Chamber vice president of Public Policy. 

The annual meeting is Chattanooga’s international business community’s premier event.  

IBC programming offers a forum focusing on improving Chattanooga’s international business climate.
