CHI Memorial Medical Group announces David Castrilli, M.D. has joined CHI Memorial Internal Medicine Associates. Dr. Castrilli received his medical degree from St. George’s School of Medicine. He completed his residency at University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. His specialty is internal medicine.
