Darwin Marshall, Sr., 79, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, died on Friday, August 28, 2015.
He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie L. Marshall; and parents, Brice and Bessie Borrows Marshall.
Darwin is survived by his son, Darwin Marshall, Jr.; daughters, Cindy Lynn (Dan) Gothard, Edith Amanda (Dale) Johnson and Susan Jacqueline (SSG. William) Hamby; sisters, Carrie Lou Berube and Martha Underwood; grandchildren, Lamar, Angie, Susie, Alex, Nicole, Brittany and Bailey; great-grandchildren, Logan, Coby, Levi and Eva; and great-great-grandchildren, Ansley and William.
Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. CDT on Sunday, Aug. 30, with Bro. Darrrell Nunley and Bro. David Gudger officiating. Interment will follow in Lynch Cemetery.
The familiy will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. CDT, on Saturday, Aug. 20 at the Tate Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
