Kelvin Cranfield Arrested For Stealing A Gas Can And Weedeater

Hamilton County Sheriff's Office deputies were called at approximately 11 a.m. on Tuesday to 13106 Pierce Dr. in Birchwood for a burglary in progress call.
 
Upon arrival, witnesses told HCSO deputies they saw a man entering the garage, and he left carrying a gas can and a weedeater. Witnesses further identified the suspect as Kelvin Cranfield, 36, of 13850 Pierce Road.
 
Deputies then proceeded to Cranfield’s residence where he was found and arrested. It was also found Cranfield had an outstanding warrant for vandalism as well for a prior incident.
 
The property was not recovered.
 
This event is still under investigation.
