Robert Corey Ripple was apprehended on Wednesday evening by Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and a Deputy U.S. Marshal.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was advised by the United States Marshall’s Office at approximately 10:30 p.m. Wednesday that Ripple was seen turning in to an address on Dolly Pond Road.
The agencies immediately formed an arrest team and went to the address.
Ripple was found on a stolen motorcycle and attempted to flee but was blocked in by authorities.
Ripple then got off of the motorcycle and ran into the residence and proceeded out the front of the house.
Ripple resisted arrest and was tased. He was taken to a local hospital for evaluation then booked into the Hamilton County jail on 15 warrants and new charges related to the arrest.
The Motorcycle was returned to the owner.
Ripple was added to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Top 12 Most Wanted earlier in the month.
