Jeannine Walker, 84 of Soddy Daisy, died on Monday, October 24, 2016 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Lee Elton Walker and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her children, Betty (Marvin) Weathersby, Pixie (Jackie) McLemore, Gary Walker, all of Soddy Daisy, Tom Walker, Knoxville; brother, James Stringer. Grandchildren, Kim (Jason) Smith, Samantha Hartman, and Kelsey (Curtis) Hall; great-grandchildren, Tommy, Chase, and Jordan Hartman, Sadie and Addison Hall, and Jason Reeds; and great-great-grandchild, Kayson McFarland; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday at National Cemetery with Reverend Bill Burt officiating.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on Thursday at Legacy Funeral Home.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Chattanooga and especially Connie for taking care of our Mom.
