Rock Steady Boxing Can Be A Life-Changing Experience For Someone With Parkinson's

Rock Steady Boxing is a proven program that can benefit anyone with Parkinson's no matter what stage of the disease you are in. The program is designed to work with each participate at their own level of ability.

The Rock Steady Boxing program is offered at the North River YMCA. There is a monthly charge for members or a slightly larger fee for non-members. (There are some Medicare supplements that pay for the YMCA membership.)

There is an assessment fee (which includes gloves).

A doctor's permission is required before a person can begin the class.

Parking is convenient.

Classes are on:
Wednesday at 4:00 - 5:30
Friday at 1:00 - 2:30
Friday at 3:00 - 4:30.

Kristen Schillaci is the program director/head coach.
