Local author, historian, and attorney Sam D. Elliot will present a program, "Ten Little Known Facts about the Civil War in Chattanooga," on Monday at The Camp House in downtown Chattanooga, 149 East MLK Blvd., as part of the Friends of Moccasin Bend Lecture Series.
Doors open 6:30 p.m. and the lecture begins 7 p.m.
