CHI Memorial Medical Group announces the hiring of Victoria Folsom, D.O., to CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates - Cleveland. Dr. Folsom received her medical degree from University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Ia. She completed her residency in family practice at University of Health Sciences/Medical Center of Independence in Independence, Mo. Dr. Folsom is a board certified family medicine osteopathic physician.
