Morning Pointe Residents Bring Holiday Cheer To Christmas Parade

  • Wednesday, November 9, 2016

Residents at Morning Pointe of Chattanooga at Shallowford donned top hats and clown noses, as they cruised through the 18th annual Santa Arrival Parade at Hamilton Place Mall on Saturday.

As part of Morning Pointe’s life enrichment program, the assisted living residents cheerfully bring the season's greetings, as they participate in fun, holiday-themed community events each and every year.

Though the Thanksgiving holiday has yet to pass, Christmas celebration was never too early for local families that filled the Sears parking lot to witness the holiday parade.

Local companies competed for the chance to win in a number of categories during the event, sponsored by CBL Properties. All proceeds from participating organizations benefitted the local United Way.
