Owen Moree, 77, of Chatsworth, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Moree; mother, Oma Ray; brother, Ronald Moree; sister, Phyllis Ledford; half-brother, Eddie Moree; and half-sister, Debbie Moree.
He is survived by three daughters, Stephanie Jacobo and son-in-law Rolando Jacobo, of Chatsworth, Lisa Roberts of Dalton and Sherry Moree of Dalton; one brother, Charles Moree, of California; several grandchildren, Nevada Colter, Lindsey, Alanna and Sebastian Jacobo, Amanda Harris, and Jeff and Elaine Harris, Janet and Jennifer Cochran; and half-sisters, Donna Moree Bennett of Chatsworth and Sharon Moree Wattenbarger of Walker County.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, December 31, at 1 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Brad Boynton officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the service time at 1 p.m.
