Charles "Cotton" Brock, 77, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl & Louise Brock; sisters, Edna Durham and Grace Snider; and brother, Eugene Brock.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Swinney Brock of the residence; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie & Greg Dyer of Kennesaw; son & daughter-in-law, Gregg & Angie Brock of Rocky Face; seven grandchildren, Hillary and Cooper, Katelynn, Sydney, Justin and Meghan, Matthew, Noah and Lindsey; great-granddaughter, Frances; and nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, Dec. 4 at 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Dr. Charlie Bridges officiating. Burial will be in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 6-9 p.m.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
