Milon "Tommy" Thompson, 86, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, December 5, 2016.
He was born in Decatur, AL to the late Jeff and Bertha Robinson Thompson; and was also preceded in death by his wife, Anna Louise Thompson; grandson, Gary Dewayne Thompson; and daughter-in-law, Linda Thompson.
Survivors are his daughter, Teresa (Cliff) Buchanan; sons, Thomas (Carolyn) Thompson and Michael Thompson; special cousin, Dorothy Caradallo; 17 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, Dec. 10 at 1 p.m. at the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church, 756 Dewberry Road, Rossville, GA, with Pastor Andre Sharpe and other ministers officiating. Interment will be held Monday, Dec. 12 at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour before the service on Saturday.
