Phyllis D. McAnally, 81, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday February 9, 2016 at a Chattanooga health care facility.

Phyllis had a passion for cooking. She owned a restaurant in Mammoth Springs, AR, called The Spot. Phyllis was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rex McAnally; mother, Letabell Rist; father, Walter Rist; and great-grandson, Austin Miller.

She is survived by her daughter, Charlene (Charles) Miller; five grandchildren, Kevin (Heather) Miller, Richard (Stacy) Miller, Melissa Kincaid, Jeremy Miller and Dustin (Irina) Miller; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Companion Funeral and Cremation Service has charge of the arrangements.
