Inova Payroll Adds VP Of Advanced HR Services To Chattanooga Branch Office

Inova Payroll announced the addition of Kevin Venza to the company’s executive team. As vice president of advanced HR services, Mr. Venza will lead a team of experts to help clients nationwide simplify the increasingly complicated world of payroll and human resources, including benefits administration, talent management and Affordable Care Act reporting.

Inova Payroll president and CEO Farsheed Ferdowsi said, “Clients are picking Inova Payroll to help them to navigate new requirements for the Affordable Care Act, comply with changing overtime pay rules and streamline their human resource programs. Kevin’s extensive experience with human resources and operations made him a great fit for our continued growth in these complex areas.”

Mr. Venza is one of four vice-presidents based out of the Chattanooga office, home to 25 employees and a full operations center, including on-site accountants, human resource professionals and information technology support.

Prior to joining the Inova Payroll executive team, Mr. Venza was senior manager, human capital management, at ADP, where he worked for 11 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in computer information systems from Georgia State University. He also holds the Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association and is a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist as designated by the Health Care Reform Center & Policy Institute and Healthcare Reform Magazine.
