Two men, Johnathan Paul Harvey, 27, and William Matthew Harvey, 25, who were being sought for questioning in the April 5 stabbing death of Shawn Russell, 36, were located and interviewed by the Chattanooga Violent Crimes Bureau.
The District Attorney's office will review the case and determine if it will be presented to the Grand Jury.
Chattanooga Police responded to multiple 911 calls reporting a fight at Rumors Bar at 1:18 a.m. Police arrived and located the victim suffering from a stab wound.
The victim was stabbed in the torso, and was transported to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS where he succumbed to his injuries.
