The Chattanooga Area Soap Box Derby will be May 14
The Chattanooga Area Soap Box Derby will be held Saturday, May 14, at 8:30 a.m. at Redoubt Soccer Complex (6900 Bonny Oaks Dr.) at the dedicated track behind the soccer fields.
This is an annual gravity racing event for kids age 7-18. The stock and super stock winners from the local race go on to represent Chattanooga in the International Soap Box Derby championships held in Akron, Ohio in July.
Admission as a spectator to the local race is free.
