Patricia “Mama Pat” Wilson, 74, of Chattanooga, died on Sunday, June 19, 2016, with her family by her side. 

Mama Pat was a homemaker for her family, and mother to everyone she knew. She also worked as a waitress at Oscar’s Sandwich Shop for 42 years, where she proudly served others and displayed what it means to live a life of caring and compassion. She loved nothing more than taking care of others, especially those she loved. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Jesse Jones, sister, Katherine Hicks and brothers Herbert “Hub” and Bud Jones, niece, Debbie Clay, and husband Wallace Wilson. 

Mama Pat is survived by her two daughters, Michele Demers and Shelia Sissom, son, Tommy Wilson, two granddaughters, Brandi (Jon) Dixon and Brooke Szakacs, grandson, Nathan Demers, great-granddaughter, Madeline Dixon, and four great-grandsons, Connor Donahue, Brian Szakacs and Avery and Graham Dixon, all of whom she treasured more than anything.

The family will receive friends and visitors on Saturday, June 25, from 3-4 p.m. at Oakwood Baptist Church, 4501 Bonny Oaks Drive, with a memorial service immediately following at the church.
