A developer plans 66 single-family lots at a 19.4-acre site on Ooltewah-Ringgold Road at Bennie Lane.
The plan is for one- and two-story buildings with larger lots on the periphery of the site and smaller lots located internally on the site.
The site is owned by Nicky and Peggy Bowman.
The applicant for rezoning is Waters-Holland LLC.
Proposed density is approximately 3.4 dwelling units per acre.
The case goes before the Planning Commission next Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
