Mary Hazel Smith, 73, of Dunlap, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Health Center at Standifer Place.
She was a loving mother.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mima Alice Smith; father, Fred Lee Smith; and brothers, John William Smith and James Henry Smith.
She is survived by two daughters, Tammy Colfelt and Ingrid (Tim) Lee, both of Dunlap; son, Kim Stacey (Gina) Smith, Dunlap; several nieces and nephews; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 24 at 2 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Barry Basham officiating. Burial will be in Hixson Cemetery.
