Clark W. Billingsley, 74, died on July 19, 2016 in local hospital.
He was formerly employed at Seaboard Farms. He served his country in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Billingsley II and Harriet Billingsley; and brother, John Billingsley III.
Survivors include his sister, Sue Billingsley; brother, Curtis Beasley and very dear friend, Shirley Suttles.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, at 12:30 p.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon on Tuesday, July 26, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
