Carolyn Faye Horton, 75, of Rome, Georgia, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Etowah Landing.
Mrs. Horton was born April 20, 1941 in Floyd County, GA. She was a homemaker and Baptist by faith.
Mrs. Horton was preceded in death by her parents, Reuben Johnny and Martha Margaret Garrard Walker; and a brother, Dick Walker.
Mrs. Horton is survived by daughter, Margaret Horton; brother,Carlton Zach Horton; niece, Karen McAllister; and nephews, Steve Walker, Brad Walker, Les Walker, and Kent Walker.
There will be no formal funeral services for Mrs. Horton, and a private service will be held at a later date.
