Clara Mae Rollins Dorsey, 82, of Whitwell, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.
Ms. Dorsey was a member of Christian Worship Center; and was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry Franklin Dorsey; son, Robert Earl Rollins; parents, Everett and Clara Earl Jennings; three sisters, Louise Avis Cullum, Etta Lorenen Jennings and Beulah Marie Jennings; five brothers, Lynial Foreest Jennings, James Fredrick Jennings, Charles Everett Jennings, Everett J. Jennings, Jr and Carl Everett Jennings.
She is survived by her children, Betty (Henry) Jones, Jerry (Donna) Rollins, Mike (Brenda) Rollins and step-daughter, Debra (Billy) Guy; twelve grandchildren, Robert (Crystal) Rollins, Jimmy (Jody) Rollins, Vickie (Brian) Young, Richard (April) Rollins, Raymond Moore, Melissa Davidson, Rebecca (Buck) Hampton, Melinda (Tony) Witt, Tim (Jenny) Moore, Jerry Ray (Shanna) Rollins, Felicia (Colt) Taylor, Brooke (Charlie) Ellis; several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and a host of friends.
The Family will receive friends from 1-8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 29 and Friday, Sep. 30.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 1 in the funeral home chapel with Reverends Allen Griffith and Mike Cullum officiating. Interment will follow in the Walker Cemetery.
