Madison Katelynn “Maddie” aka “Baby Bear” Boxwell, 9, of Cleveland, Tennessee, died on Wednesday, September 28, 2016.
She was born in Fort Myers, FL. She loved chocolates, listening to music and spending time outside enjoying God’s creations.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother Audrey.
Maddie is survived by her father Jonathan Boxwell; mother Jessica Moore; siblings Morgan, Bryce, Megan and Josh; bonus mom Judy Gill; grandpaw Blair; special cousin John Blair; bonus sister Stephanie Graham; native family; numerous other extended family members; and a host of special friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, Oct. 1 from 6-9 p.m. in the parlor of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road in Cleveland, TN.
Companion Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
