No More Rules Or Regulations

Any time I see an article or poll ask "Should X be required?" I scream "No!"  

We have enough rules and regulations in society.  Just because some people or even a majority of people believe that the bond company has made too risky of a decision to put up a $133,000 bond for a $5,000 fee, it is their risk to take.  

Please no more rules and regulations.
