  • Friday, January 27, 2017

Tom Cole Fundraising Breakfast: Chattanooga Central alums and friends will host a waffle and sausage breakfast this Saturday starting at 9 a.m. in the school cafeteria as a fundraiser for former Central football star Tom Cole.

Cole was the Chattanooga area player of the year in 1982 as a running back and linebacker and played four years for coach Joe Lee Dunn at New Mexico.

Cole has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and the money raised at the breakfast will go toward offsetting some of his medical expenses.

Tickets are $5 and there will also be a raffle and silent auction.

For more information call former Central wrestling coach John Crawford at 423/883-4660.

There is also information on Facebook at Tom Cole/Central

FCA BANQUET:  Former Tennessee football coach Phillip Fulmer will be the keynote speaker at the annual Chattanooga Area Fellowship of Christian Athletes "Road to Victory" fundraising banquet Tuesday February 28 at 6:30 p.m. at the Colonnade Center in Ringgold.
